Redu-Panel Acoustic - Sound Reducing Flooring Panel for engineered and 6&9 mm solid wood
Maximum impact sound reduction without a separate underlay
Redu-Panel Acoustic combines levelling, stability and impact sound reduction in a single panel.
The integrated coconut fibre layer eliminates the need for a separate sound-reducing underlay, allowing faster installation with fewer materials.
The panel has the same high-quality P5 chipboard base as Redu-Panel Compact, but includes a permanently bonded 8 mm coconut fibre layer. This creates a comfortable floor build-up with excellent acoustic performance. The panels measure 1200 x 600 mm and weigh approximately 10 kg each, making them easy to handle in renovation and new-build projects.
Thanks to the tapered tongue-and-groove joint, bonding the panels creates a stable construction that can be walked on immediately. Subsequent work can therefore continue without waiting time.
Why choose Redu-Panel Acoustic?
- Levels and stabilises timber subfloors.
- Impact sound improvement of 21 dB ΔLw on a solid concrete subfloor and 12 dB ΔLw on a timber subfloor.
- Integrated coconut fibre layer, so no separate underlay is required.
- Can be walked on immediately after installation.
On wooden subfloors, Redu-Panel Acoustic achieves an impact sound improvement of up to 12 dB ΔLw in combination with various engineered and solid wood constructions.
This version is particularly suitable for apartments, upper-floor dwellings and renovation projects where living comfort and impact sound reduction require extra attention. The integrated acoustic layer saves installation time and creates a compact floor build-up with strong acoustic performance.
