These producers apply strict rules and requirements to the subfloor preparation methods and systems needed to support their finished floorcovering products. One of the latest developments in finished floor coverings is an LVT Rigid Click flooring type.

Here the minimal required Compressive Strength (CS) value of the subfloor system in use needs to be at least 200 kPa. However for upmost protection and use of their finished flooring product, most of the producers would go for a minimal and stricter requirements of 400 kPa, which they will state in their requirements when fitting theirs products.
