Heat-Foil: “heat” but no sound

One of Unifloor's most commonly used products is Heat-Foil®. A unique feature of this product is that, with a thickness of only 1.2 mm, it meets the 19 dB requirement for sound insulation in combination with laminate or multilayer parquet.

The small thickness makes Heat-Foil a high-performance product in many ways. The low thickness contributes, among other things, to a very low thermal resistance (0.014 m².K/W). Heat-Foil® is therefore very well suited for use on concrete floors with underfloor heating.

High stability
The stability of this subfloor is very high and the compressive strenght  is very good. Heat-Foil meets the highest requirements that the EPLF sets for laminate subfloors. The low thickness also plays an important role here. Heat-Foil also provides an adequate moisture barrier.

 Like all Unifloor products, Heat-Foil has been developed with ease of use in mind. It is easy to roll out and has a self-adhesive overlap.
